LOVE IS WHAT YOU ARE

We throw that love word around a lot without really thinking about what we are saying. The problem, though, is we don’t fully understand the word. It has different meaning to different people depending on our experience with it. We cannot learn what love is; we are love. Sometimes, however, we seek for love in form and want to see it with our physical eyes.
Dear Angels, as we seek to understand love, it seems that we do – as you say - complicate things. It really is so simple to release everything other than love from our lives. Anxiety and fear cover up what is at our core.
Dear Ones, we encourage you to do a self-examination of your heart on a regular basis. Just as you would check in with your human body, so too is it necessary to know how your spiritual and emotional bodies are doing. If you simply ignore this part of yourself, you may find it harder to resolve anything that you have tucked away and refused to deal with. Ask yourself on a regular basis what needs forgiveness. Any tender spot in your heart allows doubt and insecurity in. Go into each day with confidence in who you are and in your purpose for being on the planet. Emptying out that which does not serve you will allow for space to open up for more love to enter.
