Cycles of Life

"I believe we are here on the planet Earth to live, grow up and do what we can to make this world a better place for all people to enjoy freedom." — Rosa Parks

I have been observing the changes taking place in nature, especially over the last couple of weeks. This is my favorite time of year, perhaps because of what it shows us humans about releasing and what can happen if we don’t hold on too tight to that which we consider to be “ours.” Freedom requires courage, resilience, and a touch of divine grace. It's the art of letting go. Clinging to what was or what could be often obstructs the flow of our spiritual journey. Like the autumn leaves surrendering to the gentle breeze, there is a certain wisdom in releasing that which no longer serves our growth.

Dear Angels, there is a beauty to the cycles of life. We see it in nature and admire the changes. Why can’t we do the same thing as our physical and emotional bodies change? Attachment, such a huge part of our human experience, binds us to the tangible and intangible. It could be a person, a belief, a possession, or even an emotion. While these attachments offer a semblance of security, they can also confine us to the limited spaces of our comfort zones. The journey of letting go begins with recognizing the nature of our attachments and understanding that true liberation lies in transcending them.

Dear Ones, surrender is not a defeat; it's a triumphant release. It's an acknowledgment that there is a force greater than your individual will, a cosmic symphony that orchestrates the dance of galaxies and the beating of your hearts and connects that heartbeat with the rest of the cosmos and your earth planet. When you surrender, you open yourselves to the cosmic flow, allowing life's currents to guide you to unforeseen destinations. It's a profound act of trust in the benevolence of the universe. Imagine a garden overrun with weeds, each weed a symbol of outdated beliefs, past grievances, and stagnant energies. Letting go is like weeding your inner garden. As you release the weeds, you create space for new seeds of potential. It's a conscious choice to nurture the blossoming of your authentic selves. In the emptiness of release, you find the fertile ground for personal and spiritual evolution. The essence of letting go lies in understanding the impermanence of all things. Your attachments, joys, sorrows—they are transient waves in the vast ocean of existence. When you embrace impermanence, you free yourselves from the illusion of permanence. This awareness brings a profound sense of liberation, as you learn to ride the waves of life with equanimity, knowing that every tide will eventually recede.

Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.

Today, I promise to let go of all that does not serve my best and highest good.
