Star Light Star Bright
Stars can't shine without darkness. – Unknown
If you have spent any time with me you know how much I absolutely love the night sky, all the stars and constellations. I could spend, and have spent, hours observing all the glowing sparkles of light. I don’t have to know each planet or constellation by name to love them. What if we looked at our life that way? Observing the darkness and seeing the beauty shimmering therein is one of the most insightful things we can do to better understand ourselves. We truly do not have to analyze it, name each lesson, or see what part is still hidden from the light to be able to appreciate that through those dark times we shine our brightest.
This mountain energy and cool crisp air has helped me with some inner healing. I can see more stars shining tonight and that makes me happy.
Dear Angels, sometimes we resist that which brings us the most growth. Many times we do not want to look at our shadow side. We hold our fears and deep emotions at bay and do not ask how to best learn from them. Any guidance is welcome.
Dear Ones, when you are ready to release old patterns and beliefs that do not serve you, you are ready to open yourself to your inner beauty. The shine will not happen without reaching the core of who you are. Until you find that connection it will be cloudy and your light will remain dim. The journey inward begins with a choice, just as with everything you do in life. Once you decide to begin, close your eyes. Relax and observe. Allow whatever comes to the surface to appear. Perhaps it is a fiery energy that has been waging a war underneath the surface. As it becomes more intense, ask for your higher self to help you see it more clearly. Keep calm and do not be afraid of the darkness as you let the process unfold. Soon this nebula will become stronger and you can then decide to let it continue to grow or to release it with love. There are no right or wrong choices.
