Ruling The World

If I ruled the world, I would change "X, Y and Z. I would _____." Ever have that daydream? I’m sure I have said it a few times. The truth is that we all rule the world. What we say, how we react, what we focus on impacts the energy of the entire world. I used to say, “I am only one person, what does it matter?” I was cleaning out some things tonight and getting ready to pack up the Angelmobile when I came across the monitor for doing the Heart-Brain Coherence. This little gadget shows if you are in coherence with your brain and your heart interaction. Fascinating, right? What I learned by studying with Heart-Math is that we all transmit an energy field out into the collective consciousness or what I call the “soup” and this frequency can be measured! When we are in our positive mindset, a positive frequency is sent out into the soup. When we are in the lower mindset where fear, anxiety, anger, shame, blame, etc. are, then we are dragging that soup energy down toward that lower frequency. Participating in the Heart-Brain Coherence is so easy and so beneficial to our health – both physical and emotional – and only takes three minutes of your time. There are three steps involved.
1. Touch your heart center as this brings your focus there.
2. Slow down your breathing. (I like to close my eyes for this and fill my lungs completely and slowly and then release just as slowly.
3. Add in a positive feeling. Reflect on something that makes you smile inside and outside. Focus on compassion, care, nature, joy.
Try it and see if it makes a difference in your life. Give it a week or two or three. What I found is that I do matter – and so do you.
Dear Angels, while there are things we cannot change in our world, such as weather, we do have the ability to make positive changes with our attitude, our vibration and our choices. In a world that sometimes seems so out of control, I pray for us to find a way to cohabit that works for all of us. Using the wisdom and the tools that we are learning from science and spiritual masters, I believe we can make a difference.
Dear Ones, do you think you came into your earthly experience to just be left on your own to figure everything out? Don’t be so afraid to stop and ask for directions when you keep going in circles and cannot find your way. There just may be someone who can help or perhaps an angel or two. In your spiritual practices, you can connect to your higher self, to the masters, to the angels and more importantly to the Creator. Ask for insight. The directions you receive will be given to help all of mankind, not just you. Use this to help humanity find its way. Whenever more of you are looking for solutions instead of adding to the problems, the energy of your planet will turn around. You each have to decide which way you will go. We can draw it out on a map but it is up to you to drive there and choose which road you want to be on. Choose wisely, Dear Ones.
