Scientists are getting on board with what a lot of us intuitives (yes, that’s my word) already knew – play is good for you. Laughter is the best medicine. As science makes more inroads into how the brain works and the fact that the brain is always anticipating a “happy feeling” and seeking approval from its surroundings. When you accomplish a goal, a rush of dopamine hits your brain which informs it that you have done something remarkable. Sometimes, something as simple as an act of kindness or a smile shared with a stranger will set-off the release of dopamine, making you feel good about yourself. Today, I feel I released a lot of dopamine! Laughter and fun activities release this “feel good” chemical in our brain. A natural high ensues and if you are like me, you want more of that please! As I played in the land of possibility mixed in with the field of silliness, laughter was a huge part of my day. Miracles started happening and manifestations occurred as if by magic.
Dear Angels, what is it about laughter, pleasure and fun that opens the doorway to the things we want most in our lives? Is it possible to manifest the same things if we are being serious or if we are sad or depressed?
Dear Ones, you can and do indeed manifest when you are sad or depressed. What you manifest may not be exactly what you desire, however. It is important to understand that the vibration and frequency you are emitting is what the universe responds to. The basic rule is to assume the wish is already fulfilled; to act, think, talk, and feel as if your desire is already true. You should be able to feel the happiness associated with achieving your desires. Subconsciously you are already experiencing the new state of mind, and the physical reality will align to your state of mind. When you are depressed, you are living in a different place, a negative state. You are holding negative feelings, which can begin manifesting exactly what you are feeling depressed about. Manifesting works both ways equally. You can manifest positive changes in your life as well as negative changes. Which you manifest and how fast is truly up to you. Go have fun and lighten up if you really want change and success in your life. We are pulling for you to succeed. We will even toss a ball out for you to play with. When you find it, share with someone and have fun.
