I Know Nothing

"There is only one certainty in life and that is that nothing is certain." G.K. Chesterton

As I read the above quote, Sergeant Schultz came to mind with his famous line from Hogan’s Heroes “I know nothing!” Just when we think we have something figured out, another thought comes in to challenge it! I have come to accept that it’s okay to be okay with not knowing everything. There is so much to learn, who are we to believe that we can possibly learn it all in one lifetime?

Dear Angels, I understand that we came here to earth to have experiences that will benefit us in our soul growth and the growth of the collective. I sometimes get frustrated when an answer seems so clear and then it is contradictory to other beliefs or findings. Is it better to stay with the attitude of “I know nothing!” and live not try to figure anything out?

Dear Ones, you were given a human body to maneuver this process called life on earth. Included in that is your brain which always seeks to process information. For you to give up without trying – “I know nothing” – is dishonoring who you are and the tools you have been given to experience life. On the other hand, being okay with not knowing/understanding everything is an acknowledgement that there is room and opportunity to learn more. Send your brain out on assignment. Ponder a situation or a question that you would really like to understand the answer to. Pose it in a question form and then step away from it. Your brain will start searching its database to see if there are any clues or matches to similar experiences or teachings that you have stored away. It will also stimulate the pineal gland to connect in with your higher self in search of answers. Dear Ones, you have great capacity for understanding but many times you give up just before the answer comes to you or you listen to others and take their answer as truth. Seek those answers inside of yourself. Examine what you are hearing and let your confirmation come as you feel the veracity of it inside of you. Do not underestimate the power of your intuition and inner wisdom.

Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.

Today, I promise to do more soul searching about the questions that seem to be difficult to understand, and allow my inner guidance system to connect with my brain.
