Going In Circles Or Following The Path

It has been a very interesting day today. For whatever reason, simple tasks took much longer than usual. Travel time was extended with signal outages and then directions getting all out of whack. At one point I even turned off the General after having driven in the same circled loop three times. Siri was no better. I’m not sure she understands queries very well but she was taking us somewhere an hour away from where we wanted to go. Misdirection, miscommunications, service issues – oh my! I finally fell into bed exhausted as soon as we reached the hotel, and don’t even ask about the issues there! I was just happy there was a bed in the room.
Dear Angels, life sure can take a weird turn sometimes! Earlier today I was going over some of the conversations I had with members of our spiritual family who had gathered for a retreat. As we revisited the experience, I could hear the love flow in everyone’s words. The magic that happened there will never be repeated. It was very unique and special to all who attended. Time and again I heard comments of wishing that others could have been present who had expressed a desire but could not attend for differing reasons. In life we have many opportunities. We have to decide if we will seize the day and take advantage of what is presented to us or if we will sit out the experience.
Dear Ones, we encourage all of you to seek guidance from your higher self for every choice made. Someone else cannot wish you into an experience or a decision. Each one of you is on your own path, a spiritual journey that only you can decide the course. If there was one lesson given during the gathering recently, it is the importance of listening. Clear communication with your guides is essential. In life you will have many people giving well-meaning advice. Choose who you will listen to. Feel into the vibration of those bending your ear. Is it uplifting and helpful to all? Or is it words that tear down others? Criticism and judgment will not give you the best experience you can have in life. You decide who you will listen to. It truly is your decision and you must live with the consequences of your decisions.

Today, I promise to listen to only spirit. If I let the ego talk of the world try to direct my path, I may end up going in circles every day and not reaching my intended destination.
