FEARLESS IN FAITH

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”  Psalm 139:14

Did you know that there were women who walked with Jesus? When we speak of Jesus and His disciples, our minds often turn to Peter, James, John, and the others who followed Him across the hills of Galilee. Yet there was another circle of devoted followers — women whose faith, courage, and love helped shape the very foundation of early Christianity. These were women who understood service not as a duty but as devotion. Mary Magdalene, freed from torment, became a steadfast presence by His side. Joanna, the wife of Herod’s steward, used her own resources to support His ministry. Susanna, Martha, and Mary of Bethany offered homes, meals, and hearts open to His teachings. They traveled, listened, comforted, and bore witness — often when others fled. They gave up comfort and many were scorned by family and communities. These women were not named apostles, yet they lived as true disciples. When Jesus was crucified, it was the women who stood near the cross. When the tomb was found empty, it was a woman — Mary Magdalene — who first carried the message of resurrection to the world. They remind us that love and faith are not bound by titles or positions but are revealed through quiet strength and unwavering devotion. They were unafraid to speak of their love and devotion to Christ.

Dear Angels, how can we embody the faith and courage of the women who followed Jesus so faithfully, even when the path was uncertain and the cost was great? How can we find our authentic voice and be unafraid to use it?

Dear Ones, these women were not focused on what the world had to say. They had encountered His love in such an intimate way that no ridicule, danger, or shame could silence their witness. In a world that often dismissed or diminished them, they stood firm because they knew Him — not from a distance, not through the words of others, but through direct experience of His mercy and truth. Their hearts had been transformed by His presence, and that transformation made them fearless. They were willing to be misunderstood, to be mocked, even to risk everything, because their faith was not a public performance — it was a living connection with the Savior who had seen them, healed them, and called them by name. Today, you are invited into that same sacred intimacy. To walk with Jesus is to know Him personally — not as an abstract figure in a book, but as a living friend who walks beside you, whispers to your hearts, and reminds you that you are loved beyond measure. When you cultivate that closeness, courage naturally follows. Like those women, you can stand firm in your faith even when others question or ridicule you, for no amount of human doubt can shake what Heaven has written on the soul. To know Him is to shine — and no amount of darkness can extinguish that light.

Angels Whisper: Stand unashamed in your love for Him. The world may not understand your light, but Heaven does — and Heaven walks with you.
