THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES

“With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.”  Eleanor Roosevelt

It’s a new day. An ending and a beginning, all wrapped up in the beautiful mystery of life. As I packed my belongings and prepared to leave the magical land of Alaska, I found myself struggling with something unexpected. The packing itself was easy. It was my heart that was having difficulty fitting everything into the suitcase. How do you pack away the wonder of a glacier, the excitement of a dogsled adventure, the gentle eyes of a moose, or the breathtaking beauty of a land that seems to whisper the presence of God with every mountain, river, and tree? You don't. You carry it in your soul.

Alaska has given me a million memories, and I suspect I will spend a lifetime unwrapping them, one beautiful remembrance at a time. When I arrived here, I knew I was completing something extraordinary. Six years ago, I set out on the Peace On Earth Tour with a mission placed upon my heart to bless the land and waters of this beautiful country and spread the message of peace. I had no idea where the journey would lead, who I would meet, or how profoundly my own life would change along the way. All I knew was that God had given me an assignment, and my answer was yes.

Fifty states. Thousands upon thousands of miles. Countless prayers, hugs, tears, miracles, and moments of divine intervention. And now, here I was in Alaska, the fiftieth state, standing on sacred ground and offering a blessing of peace. Something remarkable happened here. I came to bless the land, but the land blessed me. It was as though Mother Earth opened her arms and welcomed me home. The magnificent mountains reminded me of strength. The glaciers spoke of patience and endurance. The animals demonstrated the beauty of simply being who God created them to be. And the people, with their kindness, generosity, and deep respect for nature, reminded me that compassion is alive and well in our world.

I came carrying a prayer for peace, and I leave carrying a deeper understanding of it. Perhaps that is one of the greatest lessons of this journey. We often believe we are the ones bringing something into the world, only to discover that the world has something equally precious to give us in return. I am so grateful that Alaska is part of our beautiful United States of America. What an extraordinary treasure this land is! And what a perfect place for the completion of this chapter of the Peace On Earth Tour. Yet, as Eleanor Roosevelt reminds us, every new day brings new strength and new thoughts. An ending is never simply an ending. It is an invitation to begin again, carrying the wisdom of everything that came before.

I have learned over these six years that God's plans are often far more magnificent than anything I could have imagined. There were days when I didn't know where I would sleep, how I would get to the next destination, or what awaited me around the next bend. Yet, time after time, Spirit reminded me of those beautiful words that have become my guiding light: STCOM — Spirit Takes Care Of Me. And Spirit certainly has. As I prepare to leave Alaska, there is a tenderness in my heart. I am not sad that the journey brought me here. I am deeply grateful that it did. I am not grieving an ending. I am honoring a beautiful completion.

The Peace On Earth Tour does not end with the fiftieth state. The mission of peace has no finish line. There are still hearts to touch, stories to share, waters to bless, and beautiful souls to encounter. The road ahead may look different, but the calling remains the same. Perhaps that is what a new day is truly about. We awaken with the opportunity to see life through fresh eyes, to release what has served its purpose, and to welcome whatever divine adventure awaits us.

Today, I close one chapter with tears of gratitude and open another with the anticipation of a child waiting for a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Alaska, for your magnificence. Thank you for your people, your wildlife, your breathtaking landscapes, and the sacred lessons you have placed in my heart. And thank you, God, for trusting me with this journey.

Dear Angels, how do we embrace a new beginning when our hearts are still holding on to the beauty of what we are leaving behind?

Dear Ones, precious hearts, nothing that has touched your soul with love is ever truly left behind. Every experience, every connection, and every sacred moment becomes part of the beautiful tapestry of who you are. Do not mistake completion for loss. When a chapter closes, it does not erase the story. It gives meaning to everything that has been written.

You are not meant to remain in one beautiful moment forever, no matter how precious it may be. You are meant to grow through it, carry its blessings forward, and allow those blessings to become seeds of love wherever your feet next touch the earth. Celebrate your endings as lovingly as you celebrate your beginnings. Give thanks for what has been, and trust what is yet to come. The same Divine Presence that guided you yesterday is already preparing the path for tomorrow.

Remember, Dear Ones, you do not have to see the entire road to take the next step. You need only trust the One who walks beside you.

Angels Whisper: A new day does not ask you to forget yesterday. It invites you to carry yesterday's blessings into tomorrow's miracles. What you have loved becomes part of you, and what awaits you is already being prepared with divine love. Close the chapter with gratitude, turn the page with faith, and remember that every ending is simply heaven whispering, "There is more, dear one. There is so much more."

Today, I promise to look at each place where my footprints go with eyes of love, awe and wonder.
