THE PILGRIMAGE WITHIN

As I sit here in India, in a land that vibrates with ancient wisdom and whispers from sages long gone, Hemingway’s words sink deeper into my heart than they ever have before. What if our greatest calling is not to outshine another human being, but to outshine the version of ourselves we were yesterday? What if true nobility is quiet, humble, internal — a daily choice to rise? I have spent many moments in this holy land in deep meditation, honest reflection, and soul inquiry. India has a way of turning you toward yourself, stripping away the illusions you’ve collected over a lifetime. Here, the land doesn’t ask what you want from it; it asks what you’re willing to release into it. Ego. Comparison. Fear. False identity. All of it is invited to fall away. There were times in my life that I placed others on pedestals, thinking if I could only become like them, I’d be “better.” Now I see how misplaced that effort was. Spirit never asked me to become someone else — only to become the most radiant, honest, aligned version of me. And that journey begins the moment we stop looking outward and finally turn inward. Yogananda’s teachings echo this truth so beautifully. He reminded us that while paths may look different, they all lead toward the same summit of awakening — samadhi, nirvana, satori. The freedom we long for isn’t found in fulfilling every desire that passes through the mind. It is found in choosing what is wise, true, and aligned with the Divine within us. Every moment here has shown me that growth is not about perfection. It is about intention. Not about superiority. It is about sincerity. Not about becoming more than others. It is about becoming more than our yesterday.

Dear Angels, how can we release comparison and step fully into becoming the highest version of ourselves?

Dear Ones, you awaken each time you choose truth over illusion. Comparison is the voice of fear — it tells you that you are not enough, that you must chase worthiness outside yourself. But your soul has never agreed with this lie. Your path is uniquely coded with the light you came to embody. No one else can walk it, no one else can carry your lessons, no one else can express your particular radiance. You are not here to outrun another, but to outgrow the limits you once believed were real. Look gently within. See where you have dimmed your light, where old stories still cling, where wounds still whisper. Offer all of this into the hands of the Divine, the way one releases petals into a flowing river. Let the old self drift away without judgment. Then breathe into your becoming. Choose one thought, one word, one action today that lifts you into higher truth.

This is nobility.

This is evolution.

This is your soul remembering itself.

And remember — we walk with you. At every step, in every breath, in every rising moment of grace.
