Keep Smiling

Putting on a smile is like putting on a power suit. In fact, I think it is better. No one will remember the color of your suit but I bet they will remember your smile. It speaks volumes all by itself without you having to say a word. When you put on a genuine smile that comes from the heart, it shows in your whole body. You walk with more confidence. You hold your head higher. You make eye contact with others because you want to share that warmth with them. Yes, it is a powerful tool that we own and it didn’t cost anything!
Dear Angels, many times I have smiled when I didn’t feel like doing so and it changed the way I felt. Help me always to share my warmth through a smile.
Dear Ones, when you are genuinely smiling you are giving all of yourself without asking for anything in return. The joy happens inside of you because you shared love. In those moments when you are open to allowing yourself to be a conduit of warmth and unconditional love, you are the closest you can possibly be to your true authentic spiritual self. Keep shining. Your love and warmth is contagious and it is exactly what your world needs more of right now. You are counterbalancing the lower frequencies and being of service on your planet. Thank you to all who are on the frontline making a difference with your actions, with being brave enough to show compassion and love.
