HERE’S YOUR SIGN

“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.” The Serenity Prayer
I had what I call a “come to Jesus” moment today. I won’t get into the details because I want to let it go and not regurgitate it. I did not give the person involved any of my energy by responding. I sat in the energy by myself and called on the angels and asked Jesus to help me make it make sense. I asked him some very specific questions and said “if I am wrong, show me but if what I am feeling in my heart is truth, then show me clearly.” About five minutes later I saw the answer in a field on a sign and heard him say gently and lovingly, “here’s your sign.” That was all I needed. Confirmation! How we long for that as humans. We are asked to trust God, to have faith, to go forward even without the evidence of anything physical to point to that confirms our belief. I used to “bug” God a lot for signs. I had not asked for a sign for a long time. I guess I was overdue because I was shown it so quickly. Did I really need the sign? No, because the conversation with Jesus had already given me assurance about my belief in the situation. The sign was just a bonus and allowed me to have a moment of levity with God.
Dear Angels, there are going to be moments when our faith is challenged, especially when things already seem upside down. It is in these moments that we are at a crossroads. We can either retreat into a shell and close off our authentic voice or we can stand in our divine authority and turn to you and the Creator for direction.
Dear Ones, it is important in life to pick your battles. It is not so important to prove that you are “right” to the world. The important thing is to be true to who you are and stay in integrity with your spirit self. Taking the high road in divisive situations is admirable. Ask yourself how important it is to continue to argue. Being right only matters when it comes to you reaching a place of inner contentment. You do not have to prove yourself to others. At the end of the day, ask yourself if you did the best you could. Are you able to lay your head on your pillow with no regrets from your actions or words? Be kind always. Choose a respond of kindness, even when you don’t fully understand or agree with the other person’s perspective. Strive to be kind even when it’s hard and you have to dig deep inside and pull from your well of love that is placed there by the Creator. Your compassionate response serves as a powerful witness of God’s love.
Angels Whisper: in your compassion you spark a divine flame that will not be quenched by anything outside of you. Dear One, stay true to your inner knowingness. Keep seeking the confirmations as we are constantly giving them to you. You are worthy of love. You deserve all good and wonderful things coming into your life.
Today, I promise to keep looking to God for answers and not people.
