Life is a journey filled with peaks and valleys. At times, the climb feels never-ending, with obstacles at every turn and moments of exhaustion that make us question if we should keep going. But those who dare to push forward, who refuse to turn back when the path gets steep, are the ones who are rewarded with the most breathtaking view. Think about the climbers who scale towering mountains. Their muscles ache, their breath grows heavy, and each step feels like an impossible feat. Yet, they persist. Not because the journey is easy, but because they know that something extraordinary awaits them at the top.
Dear Angels, I have experienced this over the last five years. Sometimes as I am driving up a winding, narrow road going up the side of a mountain, I get a little queasy and wonder why I chose that route. Then, the most amazing scenery imaginable appears and I know the answer. Life is that way. Those challenges and struggles we go through are only preparing us for the breathtaking part.
Dear Ones, your life journey may feel like this when it is filled with struggles, heartache, and moments when you wonder if you have the strength to go on. But, Dear One, I assure you that the most stunning views in life come when you’ve conquered the hardest battles. Every tear, every moment of doubt, every time you had to pick yourself up and try again—it’s all leading you to a place of higher wisdom, peace, and purpose. The hardships you face are not meant to break you; they are meant to refine you. They carve out the strength within you that you never knew existed. They teach you resilience, faith, and trust in the divine plan that is unfolding perfectly, even when it seems uncertain. So we say to you, keep climbing. Keep believing. Keep trusting that something beautiful is waiting for you just beyond the struggle. Because when you finally reach that mountaintop and look back at the journey you’ve taken, you will see how every step was necessary to bring you to this magnificent view.
