Staying positive sounds so simple, doesn’t it? It is really easy to be positive when we are reminded or when we are with a like-minded group of people. It’s the “staying” part that trips us up as we go about our daily lives. To be honest, I find it much easier to stay positive when it’s just me as a single person as opposed to being in a relationship. Do I get lonely? No, but I am too busy and have made choices in how I live my life such that I don’t have time to be lonely. I am not anti-relationships; it’s just not in my list of have to have at the moment. On my list, though, is peace…unconditional love…joy, all of which are a constant in my life and thus contributes to the ability to stay positive.
Dear Angels, every choice we make in our human existence is going to affect our state of mind. Whatever we choose to focus on first thing in the morning as we awake will determine our emotional condition. I have heard it said that if we take the first 30 seconds upon awakening to grab onto that place we were just before coming back to full consciousness, we will be able to tap into our higher state of consciousness (HSC for short). This is because our brain is at its lowest state of resistance, thus “we might feel that we’ve become one with the universe and attain a state of complete fullness and perfection. The whole material world may dissolve away, into an ocean of spiritual radiance” as described by Steve Taylor in New Dawn Magazine. I have personally experienced this state of being upon awakening and it is truly phenomenal.
Dear Ones, there is so much for you to explore about the workings of the human body and especially ways to tap into the true essence which is the very core of your being. Every part of your body has a purpose. Meditating with intention to discover your connection with your higher self is essential for your spiritual growth. You tend to take the body for granted and some even minimize the importance of caring for it. When you intentionally give gratitude for everything inside and outside the body, you are honoring the magnificent creation that you are. It is in that state of gratitude that you will realize the connection with Divine. As the human brain relaxes its hold on your attention, your spirit being can then play uninterrupted, which you do in your deep sleep time. This is your prime opportunity, Dear Ones, to fully see your true self. As you awaken, take that holy moment to stay connected. Ask for guidance, ask for answers, ask and receive what is for your best and highest good according to your Divine plan. Tapping into this unconditional energy of love, joy, peace will create a space for you to go forward in your daily life in a more positive, creative way. We encourage you to become more consciously aware of this and make it a habit in your life to increase the quality of your experiences.
