BLESSINGS FROM GOD

“The Lord bless you
and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26
There have been many moments in my life when I wished that everything could be revealed all at once. Wouldn’t it be easier if every question we carried in our hearts was answered instantly? I have cried out to God more than once, asking, “Help me understand.” There is a deep yearning within us to know what is true, to separate illusion from reality, to feel steady in a world that often seems uncertain. When we do not understand, frustration can rise. Anxiety can whisper. The unknown can feel heavy. And yet… in the quiet spaces between those questions, something sacred is always unfolding.
What I have come to understand is that reality is not fixed. It is not something we can hold in our hands and define once and for all. Reality is alive. It is energy in motion—flowing, shifting, responding. There are no absolutes because everything is constantly moving, including us. We are not separate from this movement. We are part of it. Our thoughts, our emotions, our reactions—these are not small, insignificant things. They are energetic currents that ripple outward into the world around us. In every moment, we are shaping the environment we stand in. We may not always see it, but it is happening.
Just as the work of Masaru Emoto revealed how water responds to intention, our bodies and our world respond to the energy we carry. When we are filled with fear or anxiety, our bodies tighten. Our energy becomes chaotic. The world around us reflects that same tension. But when we choose calm… when we anchor into peace… something shifts. Our breath softens. Our presence expands. And the energy around us begins to harmonize with that peace. This is the blessing. Not that we will always have the answers, but that we are given the power to choose how we show up in each moment. The Lord’s face shining upon us is not just something bestowed—it is something we reflect.
We become the light.
We become the peace.
Dear Angels, what can we do to remind ourselves that we have control over how we show up in the world?
Dear Ones, you are not here to control the world around you. You are here to remember the power within you. Each moment is a sacred invitation—a doorway through which you may enter with fear or with love. The choice is always yours, even when circumstances feel beyond your reach. When you feel overwhelmed, return to your breath. This is your anchor. This is your connection to the Divine flowing through you. When you feel uncertain, place your hand upon your heart and remember who you are. You are a being of light, created in love, sustained by grace. Nothing outside of you can change that truth. You do not need all the answers to be at peace. Peace is not found in knowing—it is found in allowing.
Allow the moment to be what it is.
Allow yourself to feel without becoming lost in the feeling.
Allow the Divine light within you to rise above the noise.
As you do this, you shift everything. Your presence becomes a blessing. Your calm becomes a sanctuary. Your love becomes a ripple that touches more than you will ever see. You are far more powerful than you realize—not because you can control the world, but because you can choose your response to it. Choose peace, and you become peace.
Angels Whisper: Breathe, Dear One. The answers you seek are not outside of you—they are waiting in the stillness of your heart. Shine your light, choose your peace, and watch as the world gently reshapes itself around your love.
