AWARENESS IS POWER

Everything is energy in motion. This truth has been whispered by mystics for centuries and confirmed by scientists in more recent times. We easily recognize energy in what we call “living” beings—people, animals, plants—because their movement, breath, and expression are visible. Yet even what appears solid and still carries an energetic signature. A rock, a table, a chair, a home—all are vibrating, simply at a frequency slower than what the eye can readily perceive. When we take time to truly observe, rather than rush past life on autopilot, we begin to sense this subtle dance of energy everywhere. The more consciously we work with energy fields—through prayer, meditation, breath, or mindful presence—the more attuned we become to these truths. Awareness sharpens perception. Stillness refines discernment. Not all energy feels the same. You can sense the difference instantly. One person enters a room radiating peace and kindness, and the atmosphere softens. Another carries anger, fear, or resentment, and the energy feels heavy, almost intrusive. These vibrations are not imagined; they are felt because energy speaks a language far older than words. The sacred practice, then, is not to block ourselves off from the world, but to learn how to observe without unconsciously absorbing. Awareness is the gateway. When we are unaware, we become porous, taking in energies that were never meant to live within us. When we are conscious, we can witness what is present, acknowledge it, and choose what we allow into our own energetic flow.

Dear Angels, how do we stay open-hearted in the world without taking on energies that diminish our light?

Dear Ones, openness does not require absorption. You are not here to carry what does not belong to you. We invite you to become the loving witness—to see, feel, and understand without ownership. When you observe from your center, you remain sovereign in your light. Awareness is your shield and your blessing. Before engaging with any situation, pause and breathe. Feel where you are rooted. From this place, you may compassionately acknowledge another’s energy without weaving it into your own field. Love does not require sacrifice of self. True compassion honors boundaries. Call upon us often. We help you gently release energies that cling without permission and restore you to your natural frequency of peace. Remember, your light was never meant to dim in order to understand the darkness.

Angels Whisper: Beloved, you are the observer, not the container. Let what is not yours pass like clouds across the sky. Remain rooted in your light, and only love will stay.
