“One small positive thought can change your whole day,” Zig Ziglar
If I had to say what one thing bothers me more than anything else I would choose lies and deceptions. Telling a lie instead of the truth to avoid hurting someone is something many people do; however, there are so many reasons not to do so but to tell the truth instead. Having been lied to by people in my life that I totally trusted has left me wary many times when a red flag is raised. I have become good at reading body language out of necessity. You see, when someone lies there are telltale signs and many times our spidey sense knows immediately that something is not quite right. When we know what to look for in gestures, words and facial expressions, we can then fully read the energy of someone trying to deceive us. Wouldn’t it be great if we could all live ethically and lying was something of the past that died out?
Dear Angels, oh how I wish for a world with honest people who are not interested in deceiving each other. Are we making any progress at all in this direction?
Dear Ones, lying is a learned experience. The natural human comes into the world full of purity, wanting only to love and be loved. We encourage you, Dear Ones, to return to the innocence of a child in all that you do. When faced with the choice of truth or deceit, always speak from your heart where your purity resides. Just stay true to you and stop worrying about what your neighbor is doing. Judging does not solve any problem. However, use your intuition to determine if you should accept what another is saying to you. Your heart will never lie, so always check in to see if you are resonating with what you are encountering. Staying in your own integrity is what matters most. Look at the world with optimism and expect the best experience possible. What you see in the outside world is a reflection of what is going on inside of you. Stay centered, stay true.
Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.
Today, I promise to hold myself with integrity.
